Juice fasting: losing weight in 11 days

Juice fasting is international nowadays. Some said the best and easiest way to lose weight in a short time is juice fasting. All you need is vegetables and a juicer.

Here is a western version recipe of an effective juice fasting: making juice as a mix of kale, wheat grass, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, apple, celery, and lemon juice.

It is as simple as put them into a juicer and press the button to start. However, can you imagine the flavor? If you want to success, you have to insist on eating juice for 11 days. Well, you don?t have to drive everyday, but you need to have the fasting for 8 days, then 3 days of gradually returning to the regular food. During the fasting time, you can only drink three cups of the juice and no any other more food.

However, how to make the juice is?varying?from country to country.?Here is a special juice fasting recipe that especially famous in Asina countries. There are three types of drinking for the recipe.

  • veggie juice:?ingredients: carrot, radish, mushroom, and wheat grass.
  • fruit juice: orage, lemon and grapes
  • fruit and veggie juice: carrot, celery, tomato, and lemon.

The first stage:

Before fasting, you have to reduce your food consuming for two days.

  • The first day, reduce your food consuming to 70 percent than the previous day, and decrease the amount fo salt and sugar.
  • The second day, start to eat veggie for the whole day, and still decrease the amount of salt and sugar.

The second stage:

Juicy fasting for three days.

In the morning

  • drink fruit juice in the morning after getting up.
  • 08:00, drink hot veggie juice.
  • 10:30, drink fruit and veggie juice.

In the afternoon

  • 12:00, drink veggie soup.
  • 15:00, drink apple juice.
  • 16:30, drink fruit and veggie juice.

In the night

  • 18:00, drink fruit juice.
  • 20:00, drink fruit juice again.

The third stage:

In the phase, you can start to east regular food again for one day.

It is fine to adjust the ingredient of the juice as long as you can insist on drink juice. Many said that the method is hard to insist more than three days. However, it depends on the flavor of the juice and how much you want to lose weight. Meanwhile, you need to protect your?stomach?during the fasting . If you feel uncomfortable during the process, you need to stop the fasting and return to your original eating?habit.
