As part of the agreement, Better Business will implement three comprehensive programs for THE Group's staff during 2012. The first program tackles the service culture, the second investment is directed towards the middle management, and the third will entail a strategic retreat for the management team. The programs are geared towards enhancing the company's corporate culture and honing its personnel's skills and competencies.
